What do I do with this Machine?

Women have both an advantage and a disadvantage when starting out weight-training. The advantage is we have no expectation of having to prove we can lift heavy weights the first time we go to a gym; the disadvantage is that many of us are intimidated because unlike men we were not introduced to weights when we were younger.
